The layout requirements are

Space required - 8ft x 4ft of space, this allows the operators space to move around outside the layout.
Operators required - The layout require 2 operators per day.
Power required - 1 x 13amp sockets. All Electrical Equipment is fully PAT tested.
Transport - Costs will be kept to a minimum, but a small van hire may be required.
Accommodation - Accommodation is required subject to distance, over 50miles each way, where accommodation is required the layout team leader will contact to discuss exact requirements.

All this information including photographs diagrams and exhibition guide write up will be contained within an information sheet which will be available to download as a PDF or as a DOC <- these links will be available as soon as the documents have been completed.
